Bonus Terms

1. Important notice

Operator terms always prevail. This website is an independent publisher, not a casino operator. We do not issue bonuses, accept deposits, hold player balances or decide whether a withdrawal is approved.

Promotions can change, expire or be restricted without notice. Before registering or depositing, open the operator’s full terms and save a copy or screenshot of the version that applies to your claim.

2. Eligibility in Canada

A promotion is available only where the operator lawfully offers it and where the individual offer terms permit participation. Typical eligibility conditions may include:

  • meeting the legal gambling age for the province or territory and the specific gambling product, generally 18 or 19;
  • being physically located in an eligible province or territory when registering, depositing and playing;
  • completing identity, age, location and payment verification;
  • being a new customer, unless the offer expressly applies to existing players;
  • one offer per person, household, device, payment method or IP address where stated;
  • not being self-excluded, suspended or otherwise restricted from gambling.

Ontario readers should use operators that are registered with the AGCO and authorized to operate in Ontario. In other provinces and territories, check the locally authorized gaming provider or regulator.

3. Key bonus definitions

Bonus amount
Promotional funds or spins credited after the qualifying action.
Wagering requirement
The total amount that must be bet before bonus-related funds may become withdrawable.
Game contribution
The percentage of a qualifying wager that counts toward wagering. Slots may contribute differently from table games, live games or excluded titles.
Maximum bonus bet
The largest stake permitted while a bonus or wagering requirement is active.
Expiry
The deadline for claiming, using or completing the offer.
Maximum cashout
A cap on how much may be withdrawn from bonus-related winnings, if the terms impose one.

4. Wagering requirements

Read whether wagering applies to the bonus only, the deposit plus bonus, winnings from free spins, or another base. For example, a C$100 bonus with a 20× bonus-only requirement creates C$2,000 in required wagering. If the operator applies 20× to a C$100 deposit plus C$100 bonus, the required wagering becomes C$4,000.

  • Check which games count and at what percentage.
  • Confirm whether wagering must be completed before any withdrawal request.
  • Do not assume that demo play or bets placed before opting in count.
  • Verify whether bonus and cash balances are used in a specific order.

5. Common restrictions

Promotion-specific restrictions may include minimum deposits, excluded payment methods, promotional codes, game exclusions, maximum bets, maximum conversion values, odds restrictions for sports bets, limited use of progressive games, short expiry periods or limits on withdrawing deposited funds while a bonus is active.

Violating a stated maximum bet or using an excluded game can lead to cancellation of the bonus and related winnings. The exact consequence must be determined from the operator’s terms and applicable law.

6. Free spins and no-deposit offers

Free spins usually have a fixed value, eligible game list and expiry. Winnings may be credited as bonus funds and may carry wagering or a maximum cashout. “No deposit” does not necessarily mean “no conditions”: registration, verification, a promotional code or a later minimum deposit may still be required.

7. Withdrawals and verification

Operators may require identity, age, location, source-of-funds or payment ownership checks before processing a withdrawal. Verification should be completed through the operator’s secure account area, not by sending sensitive documents through an unverified channel.

Do not claim an offer if the withdrawal rules, document requirements, fees or processing timelines are unclear to you.

8. Responsible use of promotions

A bonus does not improve the certainty of winning and should never be treated as income. Do not deposit more than planned to reach a promotional threshold, chase losses to complete wagering or continue after gambling stops being affordable or enjoyable.

Players who are self-excluded or using a cooling-off period should not receive or act on gambling promotions. Visit our Responsible Gambling page for practical tools and Canadian support resources.

9. Checklist before claiming

  1. Confirm the operator is authorized for your location.
  2. Check legal age, residency and new-customer requirements.
  3. Read the full wagering calculation and game contribution table.
  4. Note the maximum bet, expiry and any maximum cashout.
  5. Check excluded games and payment methods.
  6. Review verification and withdrawal conditions.
  7. Keep a copy of the terms that applied when you opted in.
